We test the materials before they go into the mix, the concrete as it is poured, and the concrete after it has cured.
1 Before batching
Checks the particle-size grading of sand and aggregates, so the mix meets its design.
Measures the specific gravity of aggregates, a key input when proportioning the mix.
2 At the pour
Measures the workability of fresh concrete, so it places and compacts as intended.
3 After curing
Crushes cube samples at 7 and 28 days to confirm the concrete reaches its grade strength.
A quick, non-destructive check of surface hardness on concrete already in place.
